About Kathy Hidy

Kathy Hidy is the top-producing agent at Keller Williams Capital in Coral Gables. Originally from St. Paul, Minnesota, she traded her snow boots for flip flops and relocated to fabulous Miami Beach in 1997, and became a proud resident of Coconut Grove soon after.

Kathy credits her success in real estate to her incredible passion for the industry and love of her town. She prides herself on being a true market expert—with deep roots in her community and strong connections with its residents. She studies the real estate market intensely, and impresses people with her keen ability to remember market activity and statistics at a granular level. Licensed less than ten years ago, her dedication to her craft propelled her success. In 2020, she was selected for Gary Keller’s Top 100 Mastermind, which she is honored to remain a part of. 

On the job, Kathy is an effective negotiator and great communicator, providing her clients with expert guidance every step of the way. Off the job, you can find her on the pickleball court, fostering rescue dogs, or pouring into her local community. Kathy serves on the advisory board of Miami Dade Parks and Recreation and on the board of directors of the Coconut Grove Chamber of Commerce. She is very supportive of charities near and dear to her heart such as Animal Welfare Society of South Florida and the LGBT+ Housing Initiative. Kathy is also involved in Coconut Grove's Commodore Trail where the Hidy Homes Team is the proud sponsor of their annual Dog Show event every year.
